Yes — Unicode includes a full circled set for both uppercase (Ⓐ–Ⓩ) and lowercase (ⓐ–ⓩ), plus circled digits, so a mixed-case bio or sentence converts in full.
Unicode placed circled 1–9 in one block and circled 0 in a separate one added later, so it isn't visually identical to the rest of the row. It still works fine pasted in — just a small quirk of how the standard grew over time.
